Handling and Shipping Policy

Transit Time: 3–7 Business Days.
Shipping Fee: A transparent flat rate of $6.99 applies to all orders.
Service Area: We ship exclusively to all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Carriers: We utilize USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure reliable delivery.

Cancellations and Modifications

If you need to change or cancel an order, you must contact support@storesatlas.com immediately. Once an order has entered the “Processing” or “Shipped” stage, it cannot be modified or canceled. At that point, you must follow our standard return process.

Return and Refund Policy (100% Free Returns)

We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window.

Return Period: 30 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Return Shipping Cost: Storesatlas provides Free Return Shipping for all cases, including “Change of Mind,” “Wrong Size,” or “Defective Items.” There are no restocking fees.
Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your return (1–4 business days), your refund will be processed. Total time for funds to appear is typically within 5 business days.
