We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- NON-RETURNABLE AND RESTRICTED ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned for health, hygiene, or safety reasons. This includes:

- Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items.
- Final sale items or gift cards.
- Items damaged by the customer after delivery.
- THE RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you must contact us at support@storesatlas.com. Please provide your order number and the specific reason for the return.
Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- RETURN SHIPPING AND FEES
We strive to make the process as simple as possible. Storesatlas offers free return shipping for all domestic orders. There are no restocking fees and no hidden charges applied to your return. Whether you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or received a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- REFUND TIMELINE AND PROCEDURES
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your
return (usually within 2-3 business days of arrival). If approved,
you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
The total time for the refund to reflect in your account is
typically 7 business days. This includes:

Card clearance: 3 business days.
- EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We offer free shipping on exchanges to ensure you get the perfect fit or color without extra costs.
- DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@storesatlas.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. We may ask for photo evidence to help us improve our quality control.
- ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations are only possible before the order has been processed or shipped. Once the fulfillment process has begun, we are unable to cancel the order, and you must follow the standard return process after the item arrives.
- CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Storesatlas is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Additionally, returned items must be shipped back within 14 days of the return approval date.
