  4. Notify the party responsible for the upload regarding the takedown and provide them with the opportunity to submit a counter-notice.

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notice to support@storesatlas.com. Your counter-notice must include your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury regarding the error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or New Jersey if outside the U.S.).

Storesatlas maintains a zero-tolerance stance toward repeat infringement. Users or vendors who are found to have uploaded infringing content on more than two occasions will have their accounts permanently terminated and will be prohibited from future use of our services.
