At Storesatlas, we are dedicated to ensuring your orders are delivered efficiently and transparently. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, and costs for all purchases made on storesatlas.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.
- Shipping Destinations
We provide shipping services to all 50 U.S. states, including:
- The contiguous United States
- Alaska and Hawaii
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses (subject to carrier limitations) Please note that Storesatlas currently does not offer international shipping. We focus exclusively on serving customers within the United States.
- Shipping Carriers
To ensure reliable delivery, we partner with the following major U.S. carriers:
- USPS (United States Postal Service): Primary for residential and PO Box deliveries.
- UPS (United Parcel Service): Used for standard ground and expedited services.
- FedEx: Utilized for home delivery and economy ground shipments.
- DHL eCommerce: Often used for initial transit with final-mile delivery handled by USPS.
- Order Fulfillment Timelines
We divide our delivery process into two distinct phases: Handling Time and Transit Time.
Handling Time (Processing)
- All orders require 1–2 business days for handling.
- This stage includes order verification, quality inspection, secure packaging, and hand-off to the shipping carrier.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on Friday, or during the weekend/holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.
Transit Time (Shipping)
- Once the carrier has picked up your package, the estimated transit time is 3–7 business days.
- While most orders arrive within this window, transit times to Alaska, Hawaii, or rural areas may occasionally extend beyond 7 days due to carrier routes.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
- Your total wait time is generally 4–9 business days (1–2 days handling + 3–7 days transit).
- Shipping Costs
We believe in simple, upfront pricing without hidden fees at checkout.
- Standard Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $6.99 is applied to all orders.
- This flat rate covers shipping to any of the 50 U.S. states, regardless of package weight or the number of items in your order.
- Order Tracking
Once your package has been dispatched, Storesatlas will send a shipping confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. This email will include:
- The name of the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL).
- Your unique tracking number.
- A direct link to the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system after you receive your notification.
- Address Accuracy and Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address, including apartment or suite numbers. Storesatlas is not liable for packages lost or misdelivered due to incorrect information provided at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to us as “Undeliverable” or “Insufficient Address,” the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.
- Missing or Damaged Shipments
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours at support@storesatlas.com with clear photos of the packaging and the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If the package remains missing after 3 days, contact our support team, and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
- Multiple Shipments
To get your items to you as fast as possible, orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment at no additional cost.
- Holiday and Seasonal Delays
During high-volume seasons (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and December holidays), carriers may experience delays beyond our control. We recommend placing orders early during these periods to ensure timely arrival.
