To ensure transparency, we break down our delivery time into two stages: Handling Time and Transit Time.

- Handling Time: 1 business day (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.
- Transit Time: 2 – 4 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3 – 5 business days.

- Service Area: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

- Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier’s website.
- Shipping Address & Modifications
- Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Storesatlas is not liable for deliveries unsuccessful due to incorrect address information.
- Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at support@storesatlas.com immediately. Address modifications are only possible before the order has been processed.
- Delivery Issues & Damaged Items
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If a package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. Storesatlas is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
- Returns & Shipping Fees
- Standard Returns: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns due to a change of mind.
- Defective/Incorrect Items: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), Storesatlas will cover all shipping costs to ensure you receive a full refund or replacement.
